For most Christians, no: cutting your hair is not a sin. Some Pentecostal and conservative Mennonite churches do teach that women should not cut theirs. The Catholic and Orthodox churches and most Protestant churches set no rule on haircuts, and the passages people raise are Leviticus 19:27, the Nazirite vow in Numbers 6 and 1 Corinthians 11.
