Neue Beschr\u00e4nkungen der chinesischen Einheitsfront verbieten es ausl\u00e4ndischen Geistlichen, religi\u00f6se Aktivit\u00e4ten f\u00fcr chinesische B\u00fcrger ohne Einladung der chinesischen Regierung zu leiten, was die ausl\u00e4ndische Missionst\u00e4tigkeit im Land stark einschr\u00e4nkt.<\/p>\n

Den Vorschriften zufolge, die am 1. Mai in Kraft treten, sind \u201ekollektive religi\u00f6se Aktivit\u00e4ten, die von Ausl\u00e4ndern in China organisiert werden, auf ausl\u00e4ndische Teilnehmer beschr\u00e4nkt\u201c, mit wenigen Ausnahmen.<\/p>\n

Das restrictions<\/a> gelten f\u00fcr Gl\u00e4ubige jeder Religion und verbieten es nicht-chinesischen Staatsb\u00fcrgern, die im Land leben, strengstens, religi\u00f6se Organisationen zu gr\u00fcnden, ohne Genehmigung zu predigen, religi\u00f6se Schulen zu er\u00f6ffnen, religi\u00f6se B\u00fccher herzustellen oder zu verkaufen, religi\u00f6se Spenden anzunehmen oder chinesische B\u00fcrger als religi\u00f6se Anh\u00e4nger anzuwerben.<\/p>\n

Die am 1. April von der Nationalen Verwaltung f\u00fcr religi\u00f6se Angelegenheiten, einem Zweig der Abteilung f\u00fcr Einheitsfrontarbeit, ver\u00f6ffentlichten Regeln bestehen aus 38 Artikeln, die die M\u00f6glichkeiten ausl\u00e4ndischer Staatsangeh\u00f6riger einschr\u00e4nken, religi\u00f6se Aktivit\u00e4ten im Land zu organisieren.<\/p>\n

Unter dem Titel \u201eRegeln f\u00fcr die Umsetzung der Bestimmungen \u00fcber die Verwaltung religi\u00f6ser Aktivit\u00e4ten von Ausl\u00e4ndern in der Volksrepublik China\u201c legen die Vorschriften zudem fest, dass nur chinesische Geistliche religi\u00f6se Aktivit\u00e4ten f\u00fcr Ausl\u00e4nder in staatlich anerkannten Kirchen und Tempeln leiten d\u00fcrfen.<\/p>\n

Darin hei\u00dft es, dass ausl\u00e4ndische religi\u00f6se Geistliche, die mit einem religi\u00f6sen Status nach China einreisen, nur dann predigen d\u00fcrfen, wenn sie von einer der staatlich gef\u00fchrten nationalen religi\u00f6sen Organisationen Chinas eingeladen und von der Verwaltung f\u00fcr religi\u00f6se Angelegenheiten der Einheitsfront genehmigt wurden. Diejenigen, die akzeptiert werden, m\u00fcssen zudem die Genehmigung erhalten, dass der Inhalt ihrer Predigten \u201esich nicht in Chinas religi\u00f6se Angelegenheiten einmischt\u201c.<\/p>\n

Peking versucht seit langem, eine strenge Kontrolle \u00fcber religi\u00f6se Angelegenheiten auszu\u00fcben und erlaubt nur staatlich sanktionierten religi\u00f6sen Institutionen, legal zu operieren.<\/p>\n

Die neuen Vorschriften folgen auf die Konferenz des Nationalen Gemeinsamen Treffens religi\u00f6ser Gruppen im letzten Monat, die diese staatlich anerkannten religi\u00f6sen Gruppen, einschlie\u00dflich der Chinesischen Katholisch-Patriotischen Vereinigung, anwies, die Prinzipien der Kommunistischen Partei Chinas in ihre Predigten zu integrieren.<\/p>\n
