Al crecer como cristiano en la India, Sunil fue testigo de c\u00f3mo sus padres luchaban incansablemente para mantener a su familia. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A pesar del trabajo incansable de sus padres como trabajadores no cualificados, Sunil no tuvo acceso a una educaci\u00f3n adecuada. Adem\u00e1s de la pobreza generacional, la familia de Sunil se enfrent\u00f3 a una intensa persecuci\u00f3n y al rechazo de su pueblo por elegir seguir a Jes\u00fas. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cMuchas veces, me sent\u00ed obligado a aceptar una vida marcada por el hambre, la insuficiencia y la falta de necesidades b\u00e1sicas, una vida que reflejaba el dolor y la pobreza generacional que soportaron mis padres\u201d, dijo Sunil, de 20 a\u00f1os. \u201cLa pobreza y la persecuci\u00f3n por la fe en Jes\u00fas iban de la mano. Pens\u00e9 que la vida nunca ser\u00eda f\u00e1cil en el futuro\u201d.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Estas luchas no eran solo personales; estaban profundamente arraigadas en una historia de negaci\u00f3n generacional de oportunidades y opresi\u00f3n sist\u00e9mica por parte de comunidades privilegiadas. Sunil a menudo se preguntaba si hab\u00eda alguna salida. A lo largo del camino, \u00e9l y su familia se mantuvieron firmes en su fe, confiando en Dios a trav\u00e9s de cada prueba.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Entonces, lleg\u00f3 un punto de inflexi\u00f3n. Sunil recibi\u00f3 una beca de International Christian Concern (ICC) a trav\u00e9s de nuestra iniciativa de Transformaci\u00f3n Generacional.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cEscuch\u00e9 sobre una oportunidad de beca para realizar formaci\u00f3n profesional y, por primera vez, sent\u00ed un destello de esperanza\u201d, dijo. \u201cMe di cuenta de que tal vez no ten\u00eda que conformarme con la misma vida que tuvieron mis padres. Pod\u00eda romper este ciclo\u201d.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Entendiendo la creciente demanda en el mercado, Sunil eligi\u00f3 formarse en reparaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento de tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles. Se inscribi\u00f3 en el curso en 2024. \u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cHoy, estoy orgulloso de decir que he completado mi formaci\u00f3n\u201d, dijo Sunil. \u201cGracias a esta oportunidad, ya he comenzado a obtener ingresos y a mantenerme a m\u00ed mismo y a mi familia. M\u00e1s que eso, he ganado confianza, habilidades y una visi\u00f3n para un futuro mejor, no solo para m\u00ed, sino para mi familia y las generaciones venideras\u201d.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sunil es uno de los 165 estudiantes que han recibido becas a trav\u00e9s del programa de Transformaci\u00f3n Generacional, inscribi\u00e9ndose en varios cursos vocacionales, incluyendo sastrer\u00eda, trabajos el\u00e9ctricos, habilidades inform\u00e1ticas y reparaci\u00f3n de m\u00f3viles.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
