En un libro en italiano publicado en abril de 2023, \u201cEsorcisti contro Satana<\/a>\u201d (\u201cExorcistas contra Satan\u00e1s\u201d), el periodista Fabio Marchese Ragona revel\u00f3 c\u00f3mo San Juan Pablo II, el Papa Benedicto XVI y el Papa Francisco han enfrentado al diablo a lo largo de sus pontificados, promoviendo el ministerio del exorcismo o incluso practic\u00e1ndolo.<\/p>\n

\u201cEl padre Gabriele Amorth ya denunci\u00f3 que en la Iglesia, en los a\u00f1os 80, hab\u00eda muchos obispos que no cre\u00edan en los exorcismos ni en el diablo.
