L'American Humanist Association a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une plainte<\/a> contre l'agence pour avoir accord\u00e9 la subvention et a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de la repr\u00e9sentation juridique de l'Union am\u00e9ricaine pour les libert\u00e9s civiles (ACLU) de Virginie-Occidentale.<\/p>\n

La d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9e dans un communiqu\u00e9 de presse du groupe humaniste. Comme le juge a rendu une d\u00e9cision orale \u00e0 l'audience, une ordonnance \u00e9crite n'\u00e9tait pas disponible jeudi apr\u00e8s-midi. Un porte-parole du groupe a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 CNA qu'une ordonnance \u00e9crite est attendue dans les 30 prochains jours.<\/p>\n

Selon l'organisation humaniste, le tribunal a donn\u00e9 30 jours \u00e0 l'autorit\u00e9 des eaux pour soumettre un dossier au tribunal d\u00e9montrant sa conformit\u00e9 avec l'ordonnance.<\/p>\n

St. Joseph the Worker, bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Steubenville, dans l'Ohio, enseigne des m\u00e9tiers li\u00e9s \u00e0 la construction tels que la menuiserie, le CVC, l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et la plomberie. Elle propose \u00e9galement une licence en \u00e9tudes catholiques en plus des cours professionnels.<\/p>\n

L'argent de la subvention aurait soutenu<\/a> des programmes de formation professionnelle et d'\u00e9ducation bas\u00e9s en Virginie-Occidentale. Il aurait \u00e9galement soutenu la cr\u00e9ation d'une entreprise de construction \u00e0 but non lucratif qui aurait employ\u00e9 des \u00e9tudiants pour travailler sur des projets de revitalisation communautaire qui ne seraient pas assez rentables pour recevoir des investissements priv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
