Le 31 octobre, les autorit\u00e9s iraniennes ont refus\u00e9 des soins m\u00e9dicaux appropri\u00e9s \u00e0 la prisonni\u00e8re Aida Najaflou, une convertie chr\u00e9tienne iranienne, apr\u00e8s qu'elle ait fait une chute et se soit fractur\u00e9 la colonne vert\u00e9brale.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Najaflou, qui <\/span>souffrait<\/span><\/a> de probl\u00e8mes de disques vert\u00e9braux avant son arrestation, a subi cette blessure en tombant de sa couchette sup\u00e9rieure en prison t\u00f4t le 31 octobre. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 emmen\u00e9e dans un h\u00f4pital local, o\u00f9 les professionnels de sant\u00e9 ont diagnostiqu\u00e9 une fracture de la vert\u00e8bre T12. Les autorit\u00e9s ont refus\u00e9 de permettre \u00e0 Najaflou de recevoir un traitement et, au lieu de cela, ont utilis\u00e9 une civi\u00e8re pour la ramener en prison le jour m\u00eame.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

En raison du traitement inhumain et de la douleur endur\u00e9s par Najaflou, ses cod\u00e9tenues <\/span>aurait<\/span><\/a> ont protest\u00e9 contre la situation. Les responsables iraniens ont r\u00e9agi en emmenant la femme dans un second h\u00f4pital, o\u00f9 les professionnels de sant\u00e9 ont recommand\u00e9 une intervention chirurgicale d'urgence pour r\u00e9parer sa vert\u00e8bre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Selon la <\/span>Selon la Cleveland Clinic<\/span><\/a>, \u00ab une chirurgie de fracture vert\u00e9brale \u00bb est recommand\u00e9e si la fracture risque d'endommager votre moelle \u00e9pini\u00e8re ou si votre douleur ne s'am\u00e9liore pas quelques mois apr\u00e8s des traitements non chirurgicaux. \u00bb Le retard apport\u00e9 aux soins appropri\u00e9s pour la blessure de Najaflou a probablement caus\u00e9 des douleurs suppl\u00e9mentaires et inutiles. Son \u00e9tat actuel est inconnu.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Les demandes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes de Najaflou pour obtenir une couchette inf\u00e9rieure en raison de ses probl\u00e8mes de colonne vert\u00e9brale pr\u00e9existants et d'un diagnostic de polyarthrite rhumato\u00efde ont \u00e9t\u00e9 <\/span>rejet\u00e9es<\/span><\/a> par les autorit\u00e9s p\u00e9nitentiaires.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Selon la Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Najaflou s'est vu continuellement <\/span>refuser<\/span><\/a> des soins m\u00e9dicaux appropri\u00e9s pendant son emprisonnement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00ab Avant son arrestation, [Najaflou] a subi une chirurgie des disques vert\u00e9braux et souffre de probl\u00e8mes de colonne vert\u00e9brale persistants qui n\u00e9cessitent une attention m\u00e9dicale continue \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 HRANA. \u00ab Le manque de soins appropri\u00e9s en prison a aggrav\u00e9 son \u00e9tat. \u00bb\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Najaflou, ainsi que <\/span>Deux<\/span><\/a> d'autres chr\u00e9tiens, a \u00e9t\u00e9 <\/span>arr\u00eat\u00e9e<\/span><\/a> en f\u00e9vrier 2025 pour leurs activit\u00e9s chr\u00e9tiennes, <\/span>y compris<\/span><\/a> \u00ab prier, c\u00e9l\u00e9brer des bapt\u00eames, prendre la communion et f\u00eater No\u00ebl \u00bb, selon Middle East Concern. Elle a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 accus\u00e9e de \u00ab propagande contre la R\u00e9publique islamique d'Iran dans le cyberespace \u00bb, ainsi que de \u00ab propagande en faveur de groupes ou d'organisations oppos\u00e9s \u00e0 la R\u00e9publique islamique d'Iran \u00bb. Ces accusations suppl\u00e9mentaires d\u00e9coulent du fait que Najaflou aurait critiqu\u00e9 Hassan Nasrallah, un ancien dirigeant du Hezbollah, et soutenu les manifestations \u00ab Femme, Vie, Libert\u00e9 \u00bb.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

La caution dans l'affaire de Najaflou a \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9e \u00e0 11 milliards de tomans, soit l'\u00e9quivalent de $130 000 \u2014 une somme qu'elle et sa famille ne peuvent pas payer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Une audience dans son affaire a eu lieu en septembre, mais aucun verdict n'a encore \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
