{"id":79397,"date":"2026-03-15T22:04:50","date_gmt":"2026-03-15T22:04:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/christianpure.com\/?p=79397"},"modified":"2026-03-15T22:04:50","modified_gmt":"2026-03-15T22:04:50","slug":"catholic-church-in-spain-creates-department-for-relations-with-islam","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/christianpure.com\/fr\/learn\/catholic-church-in-spain-creates-department-for-relations-with-islam\/","title":{"rendered":"L'\u00c9glise catholique en Espagne cr\u00e9e un d\u00e9partement pour les relations avec l'islam"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La commission permanente de la Conf\u00e9rence \u00e9piscopale espagnole (CEE) a approuv\u00e9 la cr\u00e9ation d'un d\u00e9partement pour les relations avec l'islam, destin\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la croissance de la population musulmane du pays.<\/p>\n<p>Ce nouvel organe fait partie de la sous-commission \u00e9piscopale pour les relations interconfessionnelles et le dialogue interreligieux, pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par l'\u00e9v\u00eaque auxiliaire de S\u00e9ville, Ram\u00f3n Dar\u00edo Valdivia.<\/p>\n<p>Le porte-parole de la CEE, l'\u00e9v\u00eaque Francisco C\u00e9sar Garc\u00eda Mag\u00e1n, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 aux m\u00e9dias que la mission du nouveau d\u00e9partement est de \u00ab r\u00e9pondre aux d\u00e9fis pastoraux pos\u00e9s par la pr\u00e9sence croissante des fid\u00e8les musulmans en Espagne \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi ces d\u00e9fis figurent le soutien aux conjoints dans les mariages mixtes et la formation des pr\u00eatres, des s\u00e9minaristes et des la\u00efcs pour un dialogue pertinent. Garc\u00eda a not\u00e9 que les \u00e9v\u00eaques sont \u00ab conscients du besoin de personnel form\u00e9 dans ce domaine \u00bb et que des pr\u00eatres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9s \u00e0 cet effet \u00e0 l'Institut pontifical d'\u00e9tudes arabes et d'islamologie de Rome.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9partement pour le dialogue avec le monde musulman d\u00e9veloppera \u00e9galement du mat\u00e9riel cat\u00e9ch\u00e9tique pour les convertis \u00e0 la foi chr\u00e9tienne issus de l'islam et cherchera \u00e0 favoriser \u00ab le renforcement des relations institutionnelles avec les groupes islamiques \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Ce type d'organisation n'est pas nouveau en Europe. Comme l'a not\u00e9 Mag\u00e1n, les conf\u00e9rences \u00e9piscopales de France et d'Italie disposent \u00e9galement de telles structures et ont produit un corpus important de travaux doctrinaux.<\/p>\n<h2>2,5 millions de musulmans en Espagne<\/h2>\n<p>L'Union des communaut\u00e9s islamiques d'Espagne (UCIDE) estime dans son rapport annuel 2024 qu'environ 2,5 millions de musulmans vivent dans le pays, ce qui repr\u00e9sente environ 5% de la population.<\/p>\n<p>Selon la m\u00eame source, la majorit\u00e9 des musulmans sont des citoyens espagnols, par naissance ou par naturalisation (environ 600 000 naturalis\u00e9s en 56 ans), suivis par les Marocains, les Pakistanais, les S\u00e9n\u00e9galais et les Alg\u00e9riens. Les municipalit\u00e9s comptant les plus grandes populations musulmanes sont Barcelone, Ceuta, Madrid et Melilla, suivies d'El Ejido (Almer\u00eda) et de Murcie. Ceuta et Melilla sont des villes autonomes espagnoles situ\u00e9es sur la c\u00f4te marocaine en Afrique du Nord.<\/p>\n<p>Cette pr\u00e9sence a \u00e9galement entra\u00een\u00e9 un nombre croissant d'\u00e9tudiants \u00e9tudiant la religion islamique chaque ann\u00e9e, d\u00e9passant les 390 000 depuis la publication du programme scolaire de la mati\u00e8re en 1996.
