It\u2019s a small choice for such amazing physical, mental, and spiritual rewards!4 Even studies, like one from UCLA in 1997, have shown that members living this way tend to live longer and healthier lives\u2014isn't that a wonderful confirmation of God\u2019s wisdom?\u00b3<\/p>\n<h2>\u8d1e\u6d01\u5f8b\u6cd5\uff1a\u5173\u4e8e\u6027\u7eaf\u6d01\u3001\u5a5a\u59fb\u548c\u8272\u60c5\u5236\u54c1\u7684\u6559\u5bfc\u662f\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p>\u4e0a\u5e1d\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u5236\u5b9a\u4e86\u7f8e\u597d\u7684\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u4e2a\u5173\u952e\u90e8\u5206\u5c31\u662f\u8d1e\u6d01\u5f8b\u6cd5\u3002\u8fd9\u5b8c\u5168\u5173\u4e4e\u6027\u7eaf\u6d01\u2014\u2014\u5728\u7942\u9762\u524d\u4fdd\u6301\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u601d\u60f3\u3001\u8a00\u8bed\u548c\u884c\u4e3a\u6e05\u6d01\u7eaf\u6b63\u3002\u00b9\u00b9 \u8fd9\u662f\u7942\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5bf9\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5e78\u798f\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e00\u6761\u8beb\u547d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u901a\u5f80\u5e78\u798f\u7684\u660e\u786e\u6307\u5f15<\/p>\n<p>\u8d1e\u6d01\u5f8b\u6cd5\u975e\u5e38\u7b80\u5355\u660e\u4e86\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u5a5a\u524d\uff1a<\/strong> The teaching is to not have any sexual relations before you are married. This also means avoiding actions designed to stir up sexual feelings, like passionate kissing, lying on top of someone, or touching the private, sacred parts of another person's body, whether they have clothes on or not.\u00b9\u2074 This standard is about respecting yourself and others, regardless of feelings or agreement.\u00b9\u2074<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u5a5a\u540e\uff1a<\/strong> Once married, the law of chastity means being completely faithful to your spouse.\u00b9\u00b9 God teaches that \"intimate relations are proper only between a man and a woman in the marriage relationship prescribed in God\u2019s plan.\"11<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u795e\u5723\u7684\u751f\u80b2\u6069\u8d50<\/p>\n<p>Why these standards? Because God teaches that the power to create life, to bring children into the world, is incredibly sacred and spiritually important.\u00b9\u00b9 It\u2019s like a divine trust, a part of His creative power He shares with us. Using it wrongly goes against His beautiful plan. But within the sacred bond of marriage between a man and a woman, physical intimacy is \"beautiful and sacred.\" God ordained it not just for having children also \"for the expression of love between husband and wife\" and to make their emotional and spiritual connection even stronger.\u00b9\u00b9<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u4e0e\u5f71\u54cd\u8303\u56f4<\/p>\n<p>The importance of sexual purity is really emphasized. The prophet Alma in the Book of Mormon taught that sexual sins are \"more serious than any other sins except murder and denying the Holy Ghost (see Alma 39:3\u20135)\".\u00b9\u2074 This shows just how vital this law is to our relationship with God and our eternal journey.<\/p>\n<p>This law also reaches into our thoughts. Jesus taught, \"Whosoever looketh on a woman <a href=\"\">or man<\/a> \u5c31\u52a8\u6deb\u5ff5\u7684\uff0c <a href=\"\">or him<\/a> \u8fd9\u4eba\u5fc3\u91cc\u5df2\u7ecf\u4e0e\u5979 <a href=\"\">or her<\/a> heart\" (Matthew 5:28).
