Our Mission

Awaken lost souls to the wonder
and beauty of the Christian faith.

This is the work of Christian Pure. Not to argue. Not to condemn. But to create something so honest and so beautiful that the soul recognizes it as true — and longs for more.

“Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.” — Matthew 5:16

The world we see

There is a great hunger, and we must not ignore it.

Everywhere we look, we see a world that is searching. People are asking the deepest questions — about suffering, about meaning, about how to pray when words fail them, about what it means to love when love is difficult. These are not small questions. They are the questions that shape a life.

And yet, too often, what the world encounters when it turns toward Christianity is noise. Arguments. Division. A Church that seems more interested in winning debates than in accompanying the human heart through its darkness and into light.

We believe this must change. Not with louder voices — but with gentler ones. Not with forceful words — but with disarming ones. Words that listen before they speak. Words that meet the searcher where they are, and walk beside them.

What we believe

Beauty is the language the soul already speaks.

Saint Augustine wrote that our hearts are restless until they rest in God. We have seen this restlessness. It is everywhere — in the late-night searches for prayers, in the quiet grief that drives someone to ask how Scripture speaks to their pain, in the parent who wonders how to pass on something real to their children.

We do not believe the answer is to argue people into faith. The Gospel does not need to be made forceful. It needs to be made visible — in its full beauty, in its tenderness, in its capacity to transform a human life from the inside out.

C.S. Lewis understood this. He did not convert millions by winning arguments. He wrote stories so saturated with grace that readers walked through a wardrobe and found God waiting on the other side. Tolkien did not preach. He created a world so alive with sacrifice and hope that the Gospel echoed through every page without a single verse being quoted.

This is the tradition we wish to stand in. Communication that is disarming rather than forceful. Content that builds bridges rather than walls. A voice that gathers rather than divides.

What we do

We meet people in the moment of their searching.

Every month, tens of thousands of people arrive at Christian Pure through search — looking for prayers for a struggling marriage, comfort through loss, answers to the hard questions that keep them awake at night. They arrive at a moment of openness, a moment when the heart is willing to listen.

We do not waste that moment. Our library of over 600 articles — prayers, Bible studies, devotionals, and guides for families — is written with care and rooted in Scripture and the historic Christian tradition. Every piece is crafted to be genuinely useful. Not clickbait. Not culture war commentary. Content that serves the person who found it.

For those already walking in faith, we aim to deepen their steps. For those just beginning to wonder — we aim to make that wondering feel safe, honest, and welcome. As Saint Augustine said: “With you I am a Christian. For you, I am a servant.”

How we are sustained

This work belongs to no one but God — and to the community that makes it possible.

Christian Pure is sustained by its readers — through memberships and the generosity of those who believe in this mission. There are no corporate sponsors. No venture capital. No advertisers shaping what we write. We answer to the community we serve, and to the God who called us to serve them.

Every membership directly funds the creation of new prayers, deeper Bible studies, and better resources for families and seekers alike. It is a simple thing — and yet, like the mustard seed, it grows into something far greater than any of us could build alone.

For the little ones

The seeds of faith are best planted when the world is quiet.

Halo is our companion app for Christian families — Bible stories, prayers, lullabies, and affirmations designed for children ages 3 to 10, at bedtime. Because a child’s heart, in the stillness before sleep, is the most fertile ground there is. And the stories we plant there will grow for a lifetime.

Walk with us.

Whether you read a single prayer or become a member — you are part of this mission. Every visit, every article shared with a friend, every story read aloud to a child at bedtime is a small light kindled in the darkness. And together, these small lights become a great flame of faith and love — kindled in all people of good will.
