After a Fall

Lesson 7 of 12 · About 10 minutes

After a Fall

I fell again. What do I do now?

Keep the guilt about what you did and refuse the shame about who you are; then follow a short plan for the first hour, the first day and the next morning, and carry on with the Daily Practice, which keeps no streak to reset.

A grey-bearded old man in a dark robe sits with his hands clasped, looking up with tears on his cheeks; a rooster stands on the table beside him and the top of a lantern shows at lower left.
