Speaking the Truth in Love

Lesson 4 of 15 · About 11 minutes

Speaking the Truth in Love

How do we talk so that each of us is heard?

Listen until you can say back what the other meant, then ask for what you need without a verdict on the other’s character, because Scripture asks you to speak the truth to each other as members of one body.

An old shipbuilder in black with a white ruff turns from his desk, compasses in hand, as his wife leans in through the doorway holding out a note to him.
