The Marriage Bed

Lesson 8 of 15 · About 13 minutes

The Marriage Bed

What is sex in marriage for, and what should we expect?

Sex joins a husband and wife as one flesh, for their delight and open to children; it is learned slowly by two people who talk to each other, and pain or fear that lasts is a matter for a doctor.

A heavy gold ring with beaded edges stands on a pale ground; its round bezel shows two right hands clasped in relief.
