You can handle most membership tasks yourself in My Account. If your question is not answered here, send us a message through our contact form from the email address on your account.
Signing in
Sign in on our sign-in page with the email address you used when you joined. When you become a member, we email you a link to create your password. If you cannot find that email, check your spam folder, or select “Lost password?” on the sign-in page to get a new link.
Members who are signed in do not see ads. If you see ads, check that you are signed in on that browser or device.
Managing your membership
My Account shows your membership status, the date your access runs through, your payment history, and your member discount code. Select Manage membership to open Stripe’s billing page, where you can update your card, see your invoices, or cancel.
Cancelling
To cancel, select Manage membership in My Account. You will not be charged again, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If a payment fails
If a renewal payment fails, your membership stays active for 7 days while you fix it. My Account shows two buttons: select Update payment method to change your card in Stripe, then return to My Account and select Retry payment. If the payment has not gone through after 7 days, member access pauses until the payment is made.
Refunds
Memberships come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Our Refund and Returns Policy explains how refunds work, and you can ask for one through our contact form.
Member benefits
Your membership gives you ad-free reading while you are signed in and a personal code for 10% off in the Christian Pure shop. The code appears in My Account, works while your membership is active, and cannot be combined with other discount codes. Members also join the Welcome Circle in our community and can take the course Christianity: What Christians Have Believed for 2,000 Years.
