Prayer 1 of 8About a minute aloud

We lay down the anxieties, worries, and distractions that weigh on our minds. Release us from the rush of our schedules and the stress of our circumstances. Replace our tension with your divine tranquility that goes beyond all human understanding. We ask that your peace would guard our hearts and our minds. Let it be a shield against discord, frustration, and misunderstanding. May your gentle spirit settle over our conversations, allowing us to communicate with grace and kindness. Let this place be a sanctuary of calm in a chaotic world, a space where our souls can find rest in you. We breathe in your peace and breathe out our fears, trusting completely in your loving care over us and over this time together, in Jesus’ Name, Amen.
