  • 聖書にアレイナという名前の人物は登場せず、この名前にヘブライ語やアラビア語の意味もありません。
  • アレイナはアラナ（アランの女性形）の変種であり、おそらくヘレンの古フランス語形であるエレインの影響を受けています。
