The famous distinction between joy and happiness is not in the Bible. It is a good sermon and a useful idea, but Hebrew and Greek do not keep the two apart: the words behind gladness, joy, cheerfulness and blessedness overlap heavily, and English translators have swapped happy and blessed for the same Greek word for centuries.
