The number 313 does not appear in the Bible and carries no biblical meaning. No verse contains it and no pattern is built on it.
Splitting a number into digits and assigning meanings to each is a technique for generating content, not interpretation — any figure can be made to yield something.
The number Scripture does give nearby is 318: the trained men born in Abram’s household whom he took to rescue Lot (Genesis 14:14). It tells us how small the force was.
The year 313 is the Edict of Milan, in which Constantine and Licinius granted toleration to Christians and ordered confiscated church property returned — a decade after the persecution under Diocletian.
It was both a rescue and a temptation. Within a century Christians seeking the older rigour were going into the Egyptian desert on purpose.
