A bedtime prayer

Dear Lord God, you are always with me, and you are always good.

Thank you for my family who loves me.

Keep watch over us while we sleep.

Help us to sleep peacefully, knowing that we are safe in your care. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Then say over your child:

The LORD bless thee, and keep thee: the LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: the LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.

Numbers 6:24–26 (KJV)
