15 Bibelverse über Frustration

  • Römer 8,20 sagt, dass die Schöpfung „der Vergänglichkeit unterworfen“ wurde, wobei mataiotes, verwendet wird, das Wort der Septuaginta für das „Sinnlose“ (hebel) des Predigers.
  • „Eifere nicht“ in Psalm 37 übersetzt charah, sich vor Ärger erhitzen, und Vers 8 sagt, es „führt nur zum Bösen“.
  • Habakuk 1,2-3 ist eine Klage an Gott, und Gott antwortet darauf in Vers 5.
  • Paulus flehte dreimal darum, dass sein Dorn entfernt werde, und hält die Antwort fest: „Meine Gnade genügt dir.“
  • Jesaja 40,29-31 beantwortet Israels Klage, dass „mein Recht bei meinem Gott übergangen wird“.

The Bible says the whole creation “was subjected to frustration,” not by its own choice, and in hope of being set free. Paul writes this in Romans 8:20-21, and Ecclesiastes 2:22-23 describes the same thing in daily work that gives no rest even at night. Habakkuk asks God “How long, Lord” (Habakkuk 1:2-3). Job searches for God without finding him and still says God knows the way he takes (Job 23:10), and Jonah is angry enough to wish himself dead…
