喜びのための祈り:これからの日のために、そして喜びが失われたときに

  • 詩編118編24節「これは主が造られた日。この日を楽しみ喜ぼう」は、一言の朝の祈りとして用いられます。
  • 短い祈りには、起床時、正午、夜、喜びを失った時、悲しみ、過ちを犯した後の恥、疲労、良い知らせ、他人の良い知らせ、奉仕と信仰に関するものが含まれます。
  • 「主を喜ぶことはあなたがたの力です」(ネヘミヤ記8章10節)は、律法の朗読を聞いて泣いている人々に語られた言葉であり、彼らは祝宴を開き、何も持たない人々と分かち合うように言われました。
