11 Bible Verses About Depression

  • Psalm 42 asks “Why are you cast down, O my soul?” at verses 5 and 11, and Psalm 43:5 repeats the question.
  • Elijah asked to die under a broom tree (1 Kings 19:4), and an angel twice woke him and told him to eat.
  • Psalm 88 is a prayer that ends with “my companions have become darkness” and records no answer.
  • Paul says that in Asia “we despaired of life itself” (2 Corinthians 1:8), after blessing “the God of all comfort” in 1:3.

    Sono un depresso, e voi come quasi tutti non sapete cosa è la dpressione. Sottoponete brani religiosi che non riguardano, toccano, parlano della depressione. Il depresso non ha il cuore infranto, spezzato, non ha paure ha il nulla, è nel nulla. Non ha niente da dire ad altri, non ha futuro. Forse ci son brani nei testi sacri che si riferiscono aquesto buoi interiore, ma non sono questi.
