摘要

俄罗斯东正教祈祷书将莫斯科都主教菲拉列特的一篇祷文作为每日祷文刊印，其开头为：“主啊，我不知道该向您祈求什么。”
Azbuka Very 祈祷书指出，菲拉列特于 1849 年为七岁的大公夫人亚历山德拉在去世后写下了这篇祷文，并提到这是对费内隆关于路加福音 11:1 默想的翻译。
简短的祷告涵盖了前路迷茫、恐惧、力量、疲惫、祷告未蒙应允、怀疑、失去、失业、孤独、放下掌控、在艰难时期感恩以及为陷入困境的朋友祈祷等内容。
1928 年版《公祷书》中的“灾难之时”祷文和三位一体后第四个主日的集祷文，以及诗篇第 46 篇，都是传统的信靠祷告。
约伯、约瑟和保罗是圣经中在苦难中信靠上帝的典范：“他虽杀我，我仍要信靠他”（约伯记 13:15）。
