概要

  • ヘブル人への手紙には、イエスは「彼らを兄弟と呼ぶことを恥とされません」（ヘブル2:11）とあり、パウロはイエスを「多くの兄弟の中で長子」（ローマ8:29）と呼んでいます。
  • イエスは、天の父の御心を行う者は「わたしの兄弟、姉妹、また母である」（マタイ12:50）と言われ、復活後には弟子たちを「わたしの兄弟たち」と呼ばれました（マタイ28:10、ヨハネ20:17）。
  • ヘブル人への手紙は、この兄弟関係の根拠を「受肉」に置いています。イエスは血肉を分かち、「すべての点において兄弟たちと同じようにならなければなりませんでした」（ヘブル2:14–17）。
