There is no difference. “Holy Ghost” and “Holy Spirit” are two English translations of the same Greek words, pneuma hagion, for the third person of the Trinity. The King James Bible of 1611 usually says “Holy Ghost” because “ghost” then meant spirit. Most modern Bibles say “Holy Spirit” because “ghost” now suggests the spirit of a dead person.
