  • El Sínodo de Trento se celebró el 7 de enero de 1546 para guiar a los fieles en sus vidas espirituales y responsabilidades.
  • Se instó a los obispos y sacerdotes a priorizar la oración, el ayuno y una vida moral, promoviendo al mismo tiempo la unidad y la paz dentro de la Iglesia.
  • El Concilio enfatizó la necesidad de una reforma para disipar las herejías y promover la verdad católica entre los creyentes a nivel mundial.
  • Se exigió orden y respeto durante las discusiones, asegurando que no ocurrieran disturbios ni debates contenciosos entre los participantes.
