The Cry of the Poor, The Pride of the Powerful: What Was the True Sin of Sodom? Our purpose is to seek understanding, not to find ammunition for arguments. We will look at what the Bible actually says, listening to the prophets and to Jesus himself. We will see that the sickness of Sodom was deep and complex, and its lessons are more urgent for us today than we might imagine. This is not a journey into condemnation a journey…
