概要

  • 聖書は1,500年以上にわたって約40人の著者によって書かれた66の書の集まりですが、モルモン書はジョセフ・スミスが金の版を翻訳したと主張し、約3か月で作成されました。
  • 聖書の権威は歴史的証拠と数多くの古代写本によって裏付けられていますが、モルモン書には考古学的な裏付けや原本となる写本が存在しません。
  • キリスト教は救いを恵みのみによる無償の贈り物と教えていますが、モルモン教は行いと神になるための進歩のシステムを提示しています。
  • 似たような用語を使用しているにもかかわらず、両宗教は神とイエスについて根本的に異なる概念を持っており、その結果、神学的枠組みと教えが明確に分かれています。
