概要

  • エホバ・ラファとは「癒やしの主」を意味し、人生のあらゆる側面に癒やしと回復をもたらしたいという神の願いを強調しています。
  • この名は二つのヘブライ語を組み合わせたものです。神の永遠の存在を示す「エホバ」と、癒やす、あるいは回復させるを意味する「ラファ」であり、神の包括的な癒やしの力を示しています。
  • 神がエホバ・ラファとして最初に啓示されたのは出エジプト記15章26節で、マラの苦い水を癒やされた時であり、イスラエルの民の幸福に対する神の関心を示されました。
  • 聖書の記述に見られるように、神の力と癒やしの意志を信頼することによって人々が癒やされたことからわかる通り、信仰は癒やしを受けるための不可欠な要素です。
