概要

  • 大宣教命令とは、マタイによる福音書28章18節から20節にある、すべての国の人々を弟子とし、父と子と聖霊の名によって洗礼を授け、イエスが命じたことを守るように教えなさいというイエスの命令です。
  • 並行する命令は、マルコ16章15節から16節、ルカ24章46節から49節、ヨハネ20章21節から23節、使徒言行録1章8節に見られ、復活後の異なる場所と時間で与えられました。
  • マタイとマルコはどちらも洗礼について言及しています。マルコ16章16節はそれを救いと結びつけており、カトリックとバプテストの信仰告白ではその解釈が異なります。
  • マルコ16章9節から20節は、最も古いギリシャ語写本であるシナイ写本やバチカン写本には含まれていません。カトリック教会はこれを正典として受け入れており、エイレナイオスは180年頃にこれを引用しています。
  • 使徒言行録は、使徒言行録1章8節で示された順序に従い、エルサレムからサマリアへ、異邦人コルネリウスへ、そしてローマへと宣教が広がっていく様子を記録しています。
